  Who put THIS much mustard on my burger?! 😭 This thing is literally covered in mustard and is completely uneatable. How do you expect anyone to enjoy a burger with this much mustard on it? I had to scrape it off just to try to eat it. Please, a little mustard is fine—but this was WAY too much.

  Whataburger ! Should be called Whatadisappointment! Terrible burger! The gal at the drive-through could not hear us to save her life. We kept having to repeat our last name. We had to pull up and downright yell in the speaker. They made us pull up to wait for our food. You would've thought it would've been really hot and fresh but no it wasn't. Stale bun, dry overcooked flavorless flat meat patty. Cheese was plasticky and hard- it just peeled off. Too much sour ketchup and mayo. Cold and just disgusting! Onion rings were hot but a but greasy and they gave very little. Fries were cold, not fresh, floppy, and too salty and too few given. Only truly promising worthy thing purchased was the peach malt shake. It was almost $30 for 2 Meals for 2 people. it was our first trip to a Whataburger and unless I'm going there for a malt shake and maybe some onion rings in the future, I won't be going back. Just awful.

  Excellent food, Excellent service and clean establishment. Cashiers are respectful and friendly. Our cashier was named Austin i believe. He was very nice and even helped my grandfather choose a meal which took several minutes and Austin was very patient. Definitely returning!

  I’ve been to several Whataburgers. The one in Rock Hill is absolutely horrible. They had one cashier and a line out the door. Then my cashier got into an argument with a coworker yelling about her lack of training. Then they charged me twice and assured me they didn’t. This place seems doomed unless they get it together. Edit: as I was sitting here at the restaurant typing up this review, they brought me the wrong order.

  Just came through the drive thru, 3 cars took 20 minutes. A manager stood next to the speaker and entered our order of onion rings and a burger. we get up to the window and ask for onion ring sauce the employee says its .55 and i give her 2 quarters and a nickle to pay it. We get our food and are looking in the bag for the sauce the employee gets mad and shoos us away then in the parking lot we look in the bag and its not here. Then we notice fries and look at the receipt and see that we were charged for a meal but weren't given any drink. So we were charged extra for a meal and didnt get a drink the manager sidnt even ask what type of seink we would want and were charged for extra sauce and not given any. This is the 3rd time at this location its been something everytime.
