    Walked in at 8:15 they close at 9. The person making my sandwich told me to hurry up because they close at 9. Really poor customer service

    I have visit this location a couple of times a month over about a 10 month period and have, generally, been pleased with the service. However, the last two times have been bad. First, Subway has redesigned their website/online-ordering and totally (censored) it up. This part of the review is aimed at the corporation in general, not any specific location (that will be addressed in a moment) and not being taken into consideration for the low rating. The website is now slow, buggy, times-out, doesn't keep me logged in, requires sending of a code to email to login, instead of simply using a password or texting a code (both are faster than via email.) There are coupon codes listed for the Sub-club that are not usable, the website times out, Google Pay no longer works, my order history was lost, reward points weren't being added, etc. Second is this specific location. There is two foreign employees that were there the last two visits that do not speak English well, nor did they seem to understand my English or that of another customer. I have no issues with immigrants, work visas, green-card holders, etc. But if you are working a job where you have to interact with customers to this extent, I would list understandability as one of the main job requirements. The last time I was at this location (yesterday afternoon), I sat in the parking lot and put in two online orders. I go in and they were just finishing up the first order for a tuna sub. It was supposed to have provolone cheese and they put on American. I decided not to say anything as I didn't want to try making myself understood. Then there was a brief discussion between them and one of them retrieved and flattened back out a crumpled up order slip for the second sub, which one of them had discarded. And, again, they put American cheese on instead of provolone. I get home and take a couple of bites out of the tuna and then quit trying to eat it due to the salt content. The order did not specify salt. I don't know if they added salt to the sandwich (I wasn't watching), or if the salt was in the tuna, but it was definitely inedible.

    My son went in to pickup an online order tonight which needed to be modified due to unexpected changes with the updated website. Bria/Pria (whatever her name is) refused to update the order directly and told me that I would have to go through the website to make the update. I was fine with that until I asked for her name and she rudely let me know that she was the manager and owner. My son had already told me that she was rude but her tone matched exactly what he described. She may be the owner but Subway is a franchise and she has someone to answer to. She is rude and nasty and even tried to dictate what fountain drink my son got. I will not be returning and God bless the employees.
