I don’t care. I’m getting ready to get off work Pizza that was overcooked and has no toppings on it after spending a lot of money on multiple pizzas.

My pizza was made incorrectly—I ordered a pizza with regular sauce, but it was made with buffalo sauce instead. Unfortunately, the pizza was not something I could enjoy and I ended up throwing it away. I also had concerns about the food preparation process. I noticed employees were not wearing gloves while preparing the food, and I hope proper handwashing and food safety procedures are being followed. I also noticed an employee wearing headphones while working, which raised concerns about professionalism and attentiveness during food preparation. When I called to address the issue, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. The employee was dismissive and ended the call abruptly. I appreciate that the order issue was eventually resolved, but the overall experience was disappointing. I hope management takes steps to improve order accuracy, food handling practices, and customer service.
