  A lot of waiting, I stayed on the bench waiting for service for a few minutes, the employees look at you but it seems they don't care.   This location needs some improvements! My grandson and I arrive at 10am for breakfast. We place our order at the kiosk, and added the the table tent # when it prompted us to do so, so our food would be brought to the table. Nope that didn't happen. The lady called our number and placed our tray on the counter and just walked away, not waiting for me to get there, and not even a thank you, enjoy or nothing! Then when we start eating and our hashbrowns were cold, the biscuits were still doughy and couldn't eat them. I was going to take the food back and ask for fresh food or a refund, but knew I would get attitude. The reason I say this is because sitting there in the dinning room you could hear them in the back complaining about this and that. This was my second time visiting this location and both times I've been dissatisfied. That was my last time visiting here!

  I honestly don’t understand why this McDonald’s has such a low rating. I just visited today and had a great experience. The dining area was very clean, and even the restroom was spotless. My order was prepared correctly, and they included everything I asked for — even the sauces, which are often forgotten at other locations. They also included napkins, which I appreciated. What impressed me the most was that one of the employees actually came out and brought my order to me. You don’t see that very often at McDonald’s. The service was friendly and the whole experience was very positive. I’m not sure what happened in the past to bring the rating down so much, but based on my visit today, I would definitely recommend this location.

  There's comfort in routine. Same day. Same time. Same McDonald's. The same latte. Patterns matter. People usually assume it's the coffee that keeps bringing me back to this location. That's understandable. They're looking at the wrong evidence. The constant is Kimber. Always pleasant. Always calm. Always making sure everything is exactly as it should be. She has an unsettling talent for turning potentially disappointing mornings into satisfying ones with nothing more than competence and a smile. Most people overlook details like that. I never overlook details. I've conducted similar observations at Starbucks. Dutch Bros. Scooter's Coffee. Burger King. Wendy's. They all ended up on my table..... only to never be ordered again. Their files have all been closed. This location remains... active. I'd say she possesses the rare ability to make strangers feel like regulars and regulars feel like friends and Dark Passengers feel fully caffeinated, in control, and... alive Sincerely, D.
