  I am livid! I ordered a double cheese burger medium fries and a coke. Paid. They gave me my coke and told me to pull over to the side. They were waiting on fries. I did. 15 mins later still no fries as I watch cars continue to receive food and leave. Finally I walk inside. I wait and wait some more until someone finally paid attention. Mind you was not the only person in there having issues with their orders, also waiting. Then I was told they didn't receive my order. I offered proof to payment. A manger then came over with a bag and said "double cheese burger?" I said it was supposed to be a double chz burger no pickle no onion with fries but I'll take it. I took the bag offered with nothing but a burger with pickles and onions. I won't go back! Over 25 mins for fries that I didn't even get!! To be told they didn't have my order!! Horrible experience!

  Needs new employees. Waited 15min for a coke inside when i already got my food. Place is a ghost town. Garbage full. Nobody to help out. C'mon where are the owners.

  Food took forever for everyone here to get, Marcus was being very rude to customers and my son. I was more than disappointed in this McDonalds. Kamiya was very good with customers. Kyla was also very kind and helpful.

  1.8 review lol I should have looked at the reviews before thinking I was going to get good food. For some reason, the cook got agitated because I asked for extra tartar sauce or to make sure I have the normal amount of tartar sauce that comes on a fish sandwich and he squirts it all in the box that was real mature, and I couldn’t have been any nicer. Manager gave me a refund but a lot of time was wasted and he finally apologized! It should have been ma’am we’re sorry that happened upfront and foremost, but he looked like he wanted to argue ! He asked me if I wanted a refund on my full order and I told him I had to eat something. I was literally about to get a headache and the fish sandwich was mine and the burger was for someone else, but I had to eat the burger. I will not be visiting this site again. All the restaurants in New Port area suck and the workers at all of them seem to have bad attitudes. I've been reading some reviews. McDonalds, you're taking advantage of innocent people's money and seems you dont care. So please do better. I havent gotten any good food from McDonalds for years and that's one reason I quit going, but when I do, I can always count on you screwing up my order. Appreciate it.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. What was the point of opening months ago if you’re not even ready? I came this morning (4/21) at 6am and they weren’t open. Suppose to be open at 5! An employee was outside saying they were waiting to be let in. Once they finally opened, I pulled around to the drive-thru and the manager told me they only had burritos and drinks available because of system issues! No ma’am you were late! Obviously the Grills probably ain’t on! Then she took my order and I waited maybe 10mins… just to get a cold sandwich with a fried egg I didn’t even know the sold that looked like this! This is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The night shift isn’t any better either. Save your time and go somewhere else.
