  Order 4 sausage McMuffin's and 2 hash browns. Get to the window and pay $22. When I get my order I ask for a receipt 3bdifferent times. She throws my receipt away and tells me it's in the bag, which was a lie. I realize it's 4 sausage and egg McMuffin's. I take them back in to get it fixed and a partial refund. Stand in there for 10 mins just to be told they can't cook anymore sausage that their grill went down. Very disappointed in this location. Calling corporate today. B

  terrible service. the app doesn’t let you order breakfast until 4:00 am, but the store says they start breakfast at 3:00 am, meaning there is a one hour window (which happens to be right when i’m getting off work) where placing a mobile order is impossible. i waited until 4:00 to place my order and then pull up to the store and they say “sorry, we can’t take any orders, our system is down” but they didn’t bother to turn off mobile ordering and when i went to cancel the order it said they had already started preping it so it wouldn’t give me a refund. terrible service overall

  The old miserable lady that doesn’t speak English should not have a job. She was insanely rude and made fun of me not having a car. They had the inside locked and treated me like a homeless person. Mind you I had an APP order that I purposely put front counter pickup for. I work in fast food and this is completely unacceptable. Don’t bring your own personal problems to work. A+ for the two younger ladies who I had no issue with and handed me my order with a smile.

  I really feel bad for underpaid and overworked McDonald's employees who do not have enough coverage for busy hours like lunch on a Friday. Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and never got any service. Parked and went inside, ordered from the barely working kiosk (other one was broken). Then had to wait 20 more minutes for them to make 2x Quarter Pounders with cheese. If they are busy, do not go here, just keep driving. If they are quiet and there is no one in the drive-thru, perhaps you'll have a better experience than I did. For goodness sakes, hire enough people to run the place properly when you know you're going to be quite obviously busy at certain times of day or week. Perhaps they just have enough business not to care, but it's a shame either way. I would honestly pay higher prices just to have the old McDonald's experience back.
