  I visited this McDonald’s at 1998 Dave Lyle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC again recently and saw the exact same food safety issue I reported before: an employee preparing sandwiches with bare hands, directly touching buns, patties, and other ingredients with no gloves. This is now the second time I’ve personally witnessed this. They even moved the employee farther away this time, but it still doesn’t solve the problem of bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food. I left a detailed review about the first incident, but it was removed. This location clearly knows about the issue yet continues the same unsafe practices. McDonald’s corporate and South Carolina health inspectors need to investigate this immediately. Food safety protocols exist for a reason. I will not be returning until this is properly fixed. I do have a video!

  I visited the McDonald’s at 1998 Dave Lyle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC and saw the employee preparing my sandwich using bare hands, directly touching the bun, patty, and other ingredients without gloves. I’m not looking to get anyone fired I just want better food safety practices at this location. Proper glove use (or utensils) when handling ready-to-eat food is important for everyone’s health. I hope the team receives a quick reminder or retraining on the standard procedures.

  I had a very concerning experience at this McDonald’s. My child got chicken nuggets and bit into one that contained a hard foreign object that turned out to be a bone. It caused pain to his tooth, and we were extremely lucky he recognized it in time and did not swallow it. This could have easily become a serious choking incident. I have saved the nugget and the bone and also have photo documentation. What makes this more frustrating is that I have reached out multiple times to report this through customer service both by phone and through the app feedback system and have not received any response or follow-up at all. This is a serious food safety concern, especially involving a child, and I’m disappointed by the lack of urgency or communication from management or corporate. I’m posting this so other families are aware and so the issue is taken seriously and properly addressed.

  I’ll just say that the people doing the DoorDash orders here have the IQ of a napkin. It’s never correct and always items missing. Tonight I ordered 5 items delivered, got 1 item in a sealed bag. Not the first time, but it will be my last. Deuces ✌🏼
