This the slowest place I have ever been to In my life.
No reason it should take this long to get fast food.
Went thru drivethru with only 2 cars ahead of me, ordered 3 combos, & was told to pull in a parking spot to wait for food. From start to finish it took 12mins. The staff at the speaker did not speak clearly. The only thing I customized was the 2 cheeseburger combo- the request was no cheese or pickles, only ketchup & light onions. That combo appeared wrong on the screen with pickles still showing. I made them aware of the error, repeated the request & was told ok to pull forward. I had also told them I needed ketchup & honey mustard for the nuggets. At the window I was asked if the order was mine & I told them yes but to make sure the burgers only had (and I repeated the request AND sauces). I was told to hold & waited as they walked away, came back & told me the total. I pull up to next window & only get drinks & told to pull forward. When the staff comes to my car, they ask if my order is....& says 2 cheeseburgers. I tell them, please tell me those burgers don't have cheese on them. They just looked at the sticker on the bag (it reads cheese) he doesn't tell me & just stands there so my kids are tired of waiting & tell me to just take it because their tired of waiting. I look in the bag before he walks away & tell him there are no sauces & what I requested. Instead of saying sorry, let me get that for you. He says I can get you some if you want. I tell him please. He comes back with 5 packs of ketchup for 3 people. We leave, my son opens his burgers- nothing but cheese on the burger thats it. Plain cheeseburgers, not even sauce. Far from what was requested, from someone who had told them 3x. So now 2 packs of ketchup were needed, 1 for each burger. Leaving us each to 1 pack of ketchup for fries. I will NEVER order from this location again. Too long of a waiting for hardly anyone there, & won't matter if you tell them an error on a simple customization (more than once) & the customer service won't help.

Sat in line like 30 minutes just to get told pull to the side and wait another 30 damn minutes.. I get your drive thru is busy but the people who order via door dash are your customers as well and they should be taken care of in the order they are received.. don't tell dashers they have to wait on the damn drive thru customers!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband took our kids for a Friday treat and had a horrible experience. He said the workers were rude, there was water every in the floor without wet floor signs, the bathrooms were disgusting and the worst part is he ordered two ranch chicken wraps with no lettuce how about he got two wraps with MAYO INSTEAD OF RANCH AND HAD LETTUCE. we hardly go to this McDonald’s for this reason. Either hire new people or train your workers better.
I ordered a quarter pounder meal size large add lettuce, tomato, and extra pickles which I was charged for. No lettuce, no tomato and one pickle. The bottom bread was as hard as my front door. I asked for light ice there was like three pieces of ice in my cup. She said my order came to $12.62. I gave her a 20 she gave me $6.20 back, which I didn’t look at anything because the order was not mine. I went there for someone but when it was brought to my attention, I have been trying to call the number, but it won’t go through. Very disappointed. Will never eat there ever again.
