  My least favorite JJ location and I've been to over 2 dozen locations with NO complaints. I will never return to this location. The service and quality is less than what I've come to expect. Staff was not attentive, friendly or accommodating. Took quite some time to acknowledge our entrance. Very cold vibe. Spent over $30 on sandwiches, pickles, cookies and chips. Refused to give a cup for ice. Not a smile or a thank you. Sandwiches was poorly put together and scarce. The place was very clean and spacious though.

  I had the Hunters club sandwich yesterday June 23, 6:04pm, and the bread was stale and hard. I ate it outside right after getting it.

  Ordered online to pickup and this is the second time I've ordered and they call back and tell me they are out of bread. How? And why are you open?

  2026/03/31 Evening/Overall two rating is generous. Before tonight, I had visited this place a few times and had found if better than average, the best in the immediate vicinity. However, on this particular occasion I was highly disappointed. I should had sent the pizza back for being too greasy or whatever else. It had no form to it. I don't know if it was the fault of the preparer or if they have changes some of the ingredients. One of those persons with me complained privately about the poor quality of the pineapple. Luckily, we ordered only one pizza and split it three ways. Friend who came with us for the first time said she will never return. And, I am tempted to find another place to go for pizza. It was just simply a very poor experience.. Then, about an hour after I got home, I started having chest discomforts that I cannot attribute to anything else but the ingredients in the pizza. Did you all change something? Or was it the preparer mixing improperly? I don't know, but there are to many nicer place to eat for me to return to your establishment.

  Paid $50 for three sandwiches (2 combos). Someone in our party accidentally dropped the sandwich due to the sticker sticking to the drink after only one bite. Staff refused to make another sandwich. Did not even offer a discount. They initially said they would make a replacement sandwich but after waiting a long time, we inquired about it and the said that they would not replace the sandwich. Not good business practice. Would not recommend. I will go somewhere else with friendlier staff.
