  You guys just earned a new shopper OMG ! This is the best Food Lion I ever been too ! Feels more like a High End Market Place ! The store is very clean and organized, I found things in here I never seen at other Food Lions ! So I will definitely be back to back coming here to shop ❤️☺️💯🎉🥳🎊I love it here.

  We always shop at Food Lion when we can. Lots of local produce. Stores are always clean.

  I would like to recognize Kieara and Brandon at Food Lion for providing outstanding customer service today. I was looking for something simple—a strawberry mixer—and was accidentally directed to the wrong aisle. Before I could even make my way back, Kieara noticed the mistake and kindly let me know where I needed to go. By the time I turned down the correct aisle, Brandon was already there, ready to help me with several options. The service was so exceptional that I ended up purchasing both strawberry mixers! This level of attentiveness, teamwork, and genuine care for customers is what keeps people coming back to shop. Kieara and Brandon made my shopping experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. It is refreshing to see such professionalism and dedication, especially from members of the younger generation. Food Lion should be proud to have employees like Kieara and Brandon representing the company. They truly deserve recognition for delivering top-tier customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

  Normally never had a problem at this store..today however was FAR different and so frustrating. Checked out and noticed 4 “store associates”huddled at the front of the store on their phones with 1 full service line open so with the line so long and me having a 1/2 full cart I went to self checkout and entered my phone number for my loyalty savings..when finished none of the discounts from being a loyalty member were discounted..when I noticed I alerted the associate that I entered my number and no items were discounted she asked “Well,how do you know” I told her the last thing I scanned was not discounted to 3.99 as advertised and on the screen it clearly showed I was charged 4.99..so she proceeded to take 1.00 off my bill..instead of re entering my number for ALL discounts..I was so disgusted with her obvious attitude that I just wanted to get out of there to avoid becoming “offensive”…missing out on the numerous items I had for discount. To the manager: Do better, your people are doing nothing but standing around and socializing when they can open a register or do something..ANYTHING for their paycheck..to the girl at self checkout..Find a different job..you’re far too unfriendly and miserable to be in customer service..to those reading avoid this store and you’ll avoid the frustration I faced today..So disappointing
