- CACandice AlstonSep 26, 20261.0Failed to notify customers that the Apple Pay Cash paying method was broken, so upon checking out, the cpu took my Apple Pay funds and went into pending stage.. Understanding that the funds hadn’t been received yet, it was still in pending stage, so funds were no longer available to me to pay for the remaining groceries. A manager rung up all of my groceries, again for a second time , just to ask me if I had a separate form of payment afterwards.. when that was the money for said groceries.. and I stated that twice. Understanding that technology is not perfect; your staff shouldn’t cause inconveniences to others by not notifying customers of things like this. The same manager mentioned that it was supposedly “not working the night before” to the cashier, and that “it isn’t still working today”. If that was the case why wasn’t the store advising customers of this or having some type of signage. Communication is a vital part of teamwork.

- BWBeast Mode W.Jul 27, 20261.0Ordered groceries through DoorDash on 07/25 and these were the collard greens that were delivered. The dasher shouldn’t have chosen this bunch but more so they never should’ve been on the shelf for sale. Reported to the MOD who was understanding. This has happened 3 times with produce from this location. It’s costs more than double to reorder the same items from DoorDash when this happens….Do Better!!
