    Just went recently and Bella was at the window to give us our drinks. She was absolutely hilarious! She had me and my best friend dying of laughter! We literally said we want to be friends with her 😂

    Great experience! As a diabetic, im always looking for new yummy drinks that I can enjoy without my blood sugar levels skyrocketing. The order taker helped me make an awesome decision on my order to ensure it wouldn't affect my blood sugar and that it would taste great!

    Firstly want to start off by saying customer service, beverage quality, and duration of waiting time were all beyond incredible! Me and my boyfriend love going here. Bella was so lovely, incredible, friendly, positive, caring, and I cannot spout enough compliments about her and the entire team! After I got to the window and got handed my first drink, I realized I made a mistake and didn’t specify my drink size for my first drink (too charmed by Bella). I had brought it up and they remade it incredibly quickly. Not only did they make us feel happy and excited to come back, they also were incredible workers and somehow (I work in food-service so I know how difficult it can be) also were incredible human beings. Even when it was my fault I messed up, they were still cheerful. I wish I had gotten the window lady’s name so I could spout compliments about her too but I unfortunately didn’t. If she is reading this, I’m so sorry and I feel so guilty. But all of y’all made our day. Thank you so much! Y’all deserve raises, compliments, and everything lovely. (P.S. I’m so sorry you all have to work outside in that heat, but how you all did all of this despite the weather conditions is beyond me. Thank you all so much!)

    Claire in the drive thru was so patient and kind when I discovered I had forgotten my wallet, and I was already boxed in where I couldn’t turn around to go get it. This was my first time trying Dutch Brothers out after seeing it be so crazy busy for months and months when it opened up and afterwards. Claire said to not worry about it and that I was able to get a free “Having A Bad Day” coffee since I was a broke bum without my wallet or any other way to pay for it, and said I could still get whatever size or kind of drink I wanted. (Whoever reads this please don’t take advantage of their generosity). Then she enthusiastically helped me pick out a drink since I had never been there before, saying that she loved helping first time new customers. Plus the small frozen blended Golden Eagle coffee I got was really freaking good. I’ll definitely be back again, and not to just repay them for my pro-bono coffee from today.
