  I’m so excited DB is finally close enough for me to drive to get my coffee fix! My first visit was Grants Pass, OR 18 years ago. They finally moved into Northern CA when I moved to NC. Loved that when I visited family I got to get to golden eagle or carmelizer BUT now I finally have them close to Charlotte. Everyone has been so friendly and the drinks have been perfect. Now build one near the Whitewater Center 😊

  Somehow we arrived and there was only ONE car ahead of us!!! Everyone was super nice. Didn't take long to receive our drinks. We ordered 3 large; 1 Ninja shake, 1 surprise shake and 1 birthday cake shake. We all loved the drinks we chose. Extra impressed that app remembered me after 4 years without use and saved my $8.98 balance from AZ over 4 years ago, that was an amusing and pleasant surprise! Thanks Dutch Bros, we will be back!!

  This was my first time trying Dutch Bros!! My boyfriend and I came here a few weekends ago. The line was long, but we expected that being that it was a Saturday morning only a few weeks after they opened this location. The staff made the whole experience amazing; everybody we interacted with was so friendly and so positive, particularly the girl taking our order. She helped us navigate the app, made recommendations on what to order and overall provided a 10/10 experience. Not to mention the coffee was INCREDIBLE. By the time we left we had completely forgotten about the wait time and were thrilled with the service provided to us. Will definitely be coming back!

  I’m from Idaho and I’m glad Dutch Bros has made it out here. I love a good 9-1-1. Would have gone more often, but I hate drive throughs and this one has had the walk up closed several times. I do like that it’s open when I need coffee in the morning before a commute to work. I went on opening day and was happy to see we didn’t have to wait long! Super thrilled to have this opened.

  I have over 300 points at Dutch Bros currently. I stick with the exact same drink every single time. I arrive today and there is someone being trained no big deal, The trainer wasn’t helping the girl at all, she was so lost and confused i told her my order ( read directly from the mobile app) On the app the drink i get EVERY SINGLE TIME gets boba ( featured or not the app says boba it’s the POPPING FIRE LIZARD!!!) the girl was so confused and with no help she obviously didn’t put the correct thing. We get to the window and we see our drinks are a whole different color, no boba. So we ask the window if we got get boba because it always gets it. The color was off and also no boba. We’re told it’s an up charge when though it’s in the drink name and always comes in the drink. So we left with boba we had to pay a upcharge for and the drink doesn’t even taste correct. No one seemed to understand the issue and the window wouldn’t read back my order.
