Myself and the person I was with frequently go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Celanese and get the same order and it delicious, great mix of coffee with the milk making it a latte. This was just a milky drink, and when we politely asked if it would be possible to add some more coffee to even out the milky taste we were rudely told that it was because we ordered sugar free and that additional coffee in the drink would be a $1.20 up charge per drink. We explained that we frequently get the exact order at the Dunkin’ Donuts across town and it is not this light in color, and the staff essentially said too bad. Will not be returning to this dunkin location as the Dunkin Donuts on Celanese is much more consistent with friendlier staff.

The coffee is inconsistent and it has become more frequent that you will receive overly toasted and crispy food and sometimes not even the right amount of hash browns. I'm not sure what's going on but I know that I go to this dunkin with my family for what was supposed to be a quick treat but we now feel like we pay too much for what we get.
