    OFFERING ITEMS THEY DONT SELL. DENIED REFUND. Walked in with my girls and they wanted the creature creations. Big picture on the menu u advertising unicorn cups with cookie horns. Nobody there to greet us so I started ordering on the kiosk. Ordered everything just fine, paid and sat to wait. Was told they don’t have those. No cups, no horns, can’t do it. I’m like.. then why is it on the menu and available through the kiosk? They said they don’t have access to the kiosk and can’t change what’s available. Then started arguing with me that they could’ve taken my order in person and told me that. I’m like.. y’all weren’t even in here. I told them to just return my order, they wouldn’t do it. Said instead they’d give me a small scoop in a plain cup? Which is a cheaper item. So I overpaid for something I didn’t order, wasn’t provided what I actually paid for, and was denied a refund when I asked.

    Disappointed! Ordered a large iced coffee, and clearly they made a mistake and did a medium coffee and when they realized the error they just transferred to a large cup, shamelessly showing a huge gap.
