After waiting over two minutes with no response, we pulled to the window to place our order. The employee at the window told us she could not take orders there. We explained that the automated system was not working, but she very rudely responded that she didn’t care and that we had to drive around and order again. When we repeated that the system wasn’t working, she again said she didn’t care and insisted we pull around. Problems with technology happen, but there is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. The employee was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Very disappointing experience.

For a quick swing‑in stop on a tired road‑trip afternoon, Bojangles in Rock Hill showed up and showed out. Consider this queen officially impressed and refueled.
