  Tried couple times, and always disaster. Last time went to drive thru and ordered 2 pcs leg & thigh. Instead of that I got two dry and hard wings (basically just crumbs and bones). This location should be closed or they should get some better manager. Def worth to drive abit more to the Newport Walmart area or visit Bojangles on Cherry Rd, where world is still okay and you get what you pay for.

  So I went by this location .Ordered a smoke sausage , egg and cheese biscuit combo with sweat tea ( Bo sized) . Pulled to the window . They said we have no tea are larger cups. So I just took a medium coke. So I left and went to work. when I got to work I opened my bag only to find another screw up. They gave me a sausage patty , egg and cheese biscuit . I ordered a (smoke sausage) egg and cheese. Sad to say Bisquitville may get that traffic in that spot.

  I pulled into the drive thru and the AI cut me off, so I had to drive back around to place my order. I got to the window to pay, and they informed me that Bo Rounds would be a 5-minute wait. They asked me if I wanted to wait, so I did. I pulled up where they asked me to and waited 15 minutes then pulled back around to the window and asked where my order was. They said it will be right up. I waited there another 4-5 minutes and finally got my order. They did not say I am sorry, thank you for waiting, nothing. They just did not seem to care, and this particular store seems to always have some type of problem. I will not go back to this Bojangles again.
