There appeared to be 5 other employees behind the counter. Now, I’m paying cash so the kiosk is useless to me. The employee who was filling orders never once spoke to me. I had to engage her, mind you that was after waiting 10 minutes and the drive-thru was steady not busy. Another employee came up from the very back to take my order. Now by this point it’s been almost 20 minutes. I got 4 sausage biscuits and a family size bo-round. The biscuits were hard, not fresh and the Bo-rounds were cold. I’ve been coming here for years, ever since this location put in the automation, the customer service is shit now. Good Luck to those who go there.
