  I had gone to pick up some lunch for my grandparents using two coupons. One was for a french dip meal (medium size), and the other was for a beef n’ cheddar sandwich. I went through the drive thru where the lady had originally misunderstood my order. No big deal; she corrected it, or so I thought. When I went to pay cash at the window, the total was 16.47, which I thought was a pretty high cost, given the fact that I had told her I had coupons and already them to her. It also didn’t show the deduction on the receipt. The change should have been 3.53; she gave me 2.05. When the food came out, I saw a regular fry and a curly fry, which I ordered two regulars. The rest of the order was fine. I went on a Sunday, and I know that many people don’t like working that day, but still, I would expect better service than just the silent treatment, scowls, and glares.

  I get Jamocha Shakes all the time at Arby's. This one is out of my way but was passing by and ordered one. The worst I have ever had. Not consistent with other locations. I never got to taste it. it was so thick you needed a spoon to eat not drink it. I did give it 30 minutes to maybe soften up then threw it away. Calling arby's customer service is a real joke. You need a translator to understand them. After 2 attempts there to file a complaint I just gave up and  will never use this location again
