    The black lady who is lobby cashier on the night shift could use an attitude adjustment. Her sarcastic tone and eye roll could use adjusting too. If I weren't on probation already I would have gladly taken the time to fix her.

    It was a rainy day and I was only stopping for a quick bite, but Gabriel’s attitude honestly made my day better. Good customer service is rare enough, but service that actually leaves you wanting to write a review afterward is even rarer. Arby’s is lucky to have someone like him representing the restaurant. Thank you for the great experience!

    I just wanna say I had absolutely amazing service shout out to the manager She was so nice and the nice gentleman that took my Order was so attentive and he knew the product very well. I never had better customer service.

    Terrible service . Didn't give us straws- bags where torn open when delivered despite having 3 stickers to keep bags closed. Food looks old like it has sat out for a while. Didn't fill our fries . Only about half full.
