  Every time I stop at this McDonalds there is always an issue . The customer service is terrible and they have an awful attitude. My son ordered 2 milkshakes and 3 large sweet teas. The girl gave him the milkshakes then shut the door so he was waiting for the teas she says you didn’t order teas So he gives her the receipt and she still didn’t want to give him the teas. This place needs to change wow. Of course she loved the car in front of him was taking up a storm but get to my son who has a heart of gold and give him an attitude. The sad thing is Chester’s mc Donald’s hands down is way better than this one will ever be . What is also sad is this should be a great McDonalds since it’s right off of the interstate buts it’s horrible.

  Monday, may 4th @ 9 am. Corporate needs to check this location. I unfortunately can’t give them a 0, but I’ll sacrifice 1 star to say this was the worst service ever. Whoever is running this location needs a reality check, the staff needs some serious training. I’m not sure how you can mess up an order that badly. Let’s just say, never again. The food was warm and good, though.

  This place has the worst customer services i have ever seen.. went through drive-thru girl was so rude taking my order then when i finally got to the the window the other asked me what i had ordered that rude girl never put my order in which she was nice was nice..i have stopped numerous times through the years here and never had an issue.. want stop here again

  Always wrong or always a wait , avoid this establishment, waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger that was wrong during the drive through finally just left

  It NEVER fails, this place will always mess up your order, and the customer service will always be the worst, especially management. Closing the store 15 minutes before closing and refusing to fill an online order. Always missing items. Never an ounce of courtesy. If you're that miserable working customer service, go find a job away from the public and do the rest of us a favor.
