  We went there approx 3o mins before closing. We waited 15 mins to get our food. I though time was because they were cooking it. NOPE!! The chicken was hard & cold& the fries were cold. There was NO greeting when we pulled up to window. When they FINALLY had our food, they handed it to us and slammed the window, no ketchup, no napkins, etc. I'm a Bojangles fan. But, my friend wanted to go before we headed out of town. Next time, he will just have to wait until we get to another restaurant. I haven't eaten from Bojangles in years because of this same thing. They haven't gotten any better. They got WORSE!!!

  Ravenel south carolina I ordered a fish sandwich when I got home.It was a Chicken Sandwich.The fries an chicken was overcooked every time I go in there the service is very slow at least 7-8 minutes I'm going to call the Home Office.

  I wish I could give zero stars and just leave a review. This is the worst bojangles in the nation. How are you out of fries? Every time we go to this location, they’re out of something! At this point, just close them down!! Next week they may not have all the letters lit up in their name!

  Food never comes out right. Drinks coming out the window 3/4 full and the rudest employees I've even had the displeasure of speaking with. I work in customer service and cannot believe the people working there are still employed with the way they act toward every customer.
