The two female employees had excellent customer service skills and they were working their butts off not sure if they came into that mess or was the mess that they made but they held the fort down 6/5/3026

The employee taking orders, Cayce, was being rude to multiple customers and openly said she was in a bad mood because she still had cleaning and closing tasks to finish before closing time, even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm. I understand closing shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated respectfully. On top of that, I asked for cups for my drinks and she refused to give them to me. They also handed me my food boxes already open, which felt careless and unprofessional. The overall attitude and customer service were very disappointing, and it made the experience uncomfortable for everyone ordering. I hope management addresses this situation.
