I usually receive great service here, but today was completely different. After ordering, I pulled around to the window and waited for a minute, which was no problem. A gentleman with glasses came to the window and, without saying hi, hello, or offering any type of greeting, simply told me, “It’s going to be four minutes on Supremes.” I said, “Okay,” and he repeated it again with an attitude, almost as if he expected me to change my mind. He walked away, closed the window, then opened it again and said, “We ain’t got pink lemonade,” again with a rude attitude. I simply asked for a bottle of water instead. About five minutes later, my food was ready. He came back to the window, told me the total, took my card, and handed me my food. I said, “Thank you,” and he walked away without saying a single word. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Customer service is important, especially when you are the person working the drive-thru window and directly interacting with customers. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and not even a simple “thank you” or “have a good day.” If you don’t enjoy working with customers, the drive-thru window is probably not the position for you. I normally have great experiences at this location, but today’s service was horrible and definitely needs to be addressed.
