  I LOVE Kolache Factory! I have been going every single week (sometimes multiple times a week) since I moved to the area. I love their Egg & Cheese and Sausage & Gravy. It is the perfect way to start the week. I go every Monday and was very saddened when no one answered at the drive thru. And Google shows it is Temporarily Closed. I hope they're not Permanently Closed! In response to someone's most recent critical review - it all depends who is working. Now, I am not sure if I am getting the names completely correct, but "Stacy" and "Emma", whenever they answer at the drive thru, they are extremely nice! They always introduce themselves at the drive thru and are kind at the window. And they ALWAYS ask if I want my order warmed. There is another employee that I don't know her name who is unfortunately there more often, who never introduces herself at the drive thru, never asks if I want my order warmed, and has messed up my order twice. Once I didn't realize until I came home and once she missed 2 Kolache and I had to come back because that's too many to miss. This same employee has also given my order to me twice COLD. So I understand why the other reviewer was upset. It is really disgusting eating really cold egg and cheese and sausage and gravy. But in all honestly, I still love this place and whenever I go I hope and pray it's the other employees that are working. But this morning when no one was there it made me really sad because I hope they're not closing down. I work an average 55 hours from home and it's become a ritual for me to come to Kolaches to start off my crazy week. I hope they open up again. 🥲

  The pepperoni pizza kolaches after church are top tier, not a huge fan of the others but they're simple and delicious. Not once have they messed up an order.

  I love this place! Friendly service and many options. My recommendation is to get their way before they close, so.you can try a variety. They close early at 2 p.m. You can get breakfast 😋 anytime until close, though. I've only been once and had the Chicken Enchilada. So much flavor and reasonable. Give it a shot...you won't be dissapointed.

  Their chocolate chocolate chip muffin is the best!! This is a usual stop for me on my way through the area!

  Food was disgusting. I ordered online and picked it up within 20 minutes. I ordered Philly steak, sausage and jalapeño and the peach one. I was under the impression these were served warm. All of them were freezing cold and tasted horrible. Good thing I only paid $10 so it wasn’t a lot of money, but I will never go back and would not recommend. They only get a good rating for atmosphere because it was clean inside. Service was horrible as well. I had to ask for my bag after standing there for about 5 minutes while the employee was on the phone.
