  My family and I are faithful customers since the opening of this Piedmont location. Tonight, 5/9/2026 my husband picked up our online order and instead of the 10.00 lrg pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon, we only reviewed a cheeses pizza. Discussed this with Summer on the phone with the horrible . Summer absolutely did not want to help us at all. I reminded her of our loyalty but it was to no avail. She refused to help so we will no longer patronize this location or maybe Pizza Hut overall. I'm a business owner myself and I would never have such an employee who lacks the spirit of customer service working in my establishment. The one star comes from the nice young man that answered the phone.
