  Went through the drive-through this morning for the worst service ever. After ordering my kids food I was pulled up to wait 8 mins for 3 McGriddles . To top it off they were out of Syrup. And when I asked for syrup they were rude stating “we don’t have any” and slammed the window. Do not go here.

  This location sucks. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Waited over 30 minutes to receive my order. They weren't busy. My fish sandwich looked horrible, and the frozen Coke I ordered wasn't available, so I told the lady I wanted my dime back because they up charged me for a drink that wasn't available. Fries were the worst I've ever gotten from McDonald's. I finally had to go get a manger because the girl that brought us our food, who told me the Frozen Coke wasn't available, never returned with my refund or the other drink that was supposed to come with the meal without the upcharge. Manager looked like she was high. They all had bad attitudes and were too busy checking their phones to help customers.

  Food was nasty. Not fully cooked. 29 weeks pregnant and was eating a raw chicken sandwich. Had to throw it away didn't want to get sick.

  Stopped for restroom, they were clean and stocked. There was a variety of food, we didn't need any at that time.

  My family and I visited this McDonald's for ice cream tonight. We had considered going to Cookout for milk shakes but wanted to save money so we decided on McDonald's. When we ordered they told us they ran out of ice cream cones. We said that's fine we will take our ice cream in a cup. We also ordered two cups of water and a small fry. When we went to the window to pay they told us it was $16 and some change. We told them it must be wrong because the ice cream is $1.99 each and the fries are $2.39. The total should have been $8.36 plus tax. The window cashier requested the manager come fix the price for us. He came over, adjusted the price and then said to her, "They're only going to get a cones worth." That was fine by us because that's all we wanted to begin with. He did say it very rudely but the gal at the window was kind and helpful. When we picked up our ice cream they had given us a fraction of the amount of ice cream we normally receive in a cone. We complained and they did nothing but give us dirty looks. I will post a photo of the ice cream that we paid for and the paltry amount we were served. I highly suggest that staff be better trained on customer service and McDonald's priorities. I am sure that McDonald's would rather maintain its customers and serve their customers the product they expect. The cost to the staff is nothing, the cost to McDonald's is likely less than 30¢ of ice cream saved, and the bad taste this experience left in our mouth will now cost McDonald's all of our future business as we will go to Cookout going forward. Finally, the charge of $1 per water is crazy. I can understand paying for the cups but this is surprising. Again, nickel and diming customers just makes them decide the experience is poor and not worth repeating.
