When I asked the manager Flynn for a full refund, she said bojangles doesnt ever do refund and she cant do it. When I asked who could, she tried pressuring me into taking my food, leaving the drinks I paid for, and buying drinks at the qt next door instead of at the bojangles. I paid 60$ and have not gotten a cent back. I came back the next day and was told again nobody was there to do my refund. I live 40 minutes away in simpsonville and only came there for an event. This is a major inconvenience for me and something I didnt not expect. They then told me to come from 4am in the morning till 2pm to come and get my refund, which I can do because I work.

From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Even during a busy evening hour, the staff handled everything professionally and kept the line moving smoothly. What stood out the most was the woman working the drive-thru. Her attitude, hospitality, and professionalism were truly exceptional. She was polite, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the way she represented the restaurant. When I got my food, it was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted excellent, and it was obvious the kitchen staff took pride in what they were serving. The quality of the food combined with the excellent customer service made this an easy 5-star experience for me. I also want to point out that this is not the first time I’ve received exemplary service at this location. Every visit has consistently been pleasant, and the staff always seem professional, respectful, and hardworking. Employees like these deserve far more recognition for the effort they put in every day. Thank you to the entire team for continuing to provide such outstanding service.
