I stood there waiting for about 15mins no one said anything just ignoring us, by this time this were 5 others behind me and I ask Savannah was her name one of the 10 employees behind the counter if I could get some service. Savannah looks at me holding my child and says, YOU"RE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT!!!! Everyone said WOW how rude and 2 walked out. I waited because packing up 2 little ones back in the car is a job and they are hungry. Savannah finally came to take my order and I told her she was very rude and to learn a little customer service on her downtime and she just looks at me. I said do you have a manager here she said, yes right there I have 2. I said I would like to speak to one please. She went over and told them and NO ONE came to me. SMH. I was a loyal customer the drive through know me but not the inside ones. I have seen Savannah at the window. Now I will not go back there because I was so disrespected and mind you how expensive it is for that kind of service.
