  Food is great, could use a little more care when assembling food items, because the food comes out a little sideways but is amazing nonetheless. Staff could take a little more time to check what goes in the bag, often times I’m missing items. I know they need to push us through the line, but if it’s paid for, it should be in the bag.

  I go there to get 2 jamocha shakes and they hand me 2 vanilla shakes with barely any color only vanilla I asked them what's this they tell me they can only put a certain amount of pumps into shakes and I asked for my money back they refused to give money back or fix my shakes I will never recommend this place to anyone they are horrible and the manager Marcena should not be a manager she is worthless and horrible at her job

  It took 10 minutes or more for them to take the guy's order in front of me. Nobody else is in the Drive-Thru. Why do I have to wait 15 minutes to get to a window when it's me and one other car? I just went to McDonald's..

  It always takes forever. Drive through or otherwise. Food is often cold. Service is definitely the vibe of what do you want. If I didn’t literally crave a beef and cheddar every few months I wouldn’t even bother.
