Friday we had 2 issues: (1) We ordered a 12 piece box but only got 8 pieces (receipt shows we paid for 12) and (2) We requested sweet tea -- I even joked about it with the guy who took the order -- but were given unsweet tea. I know mistakes happen, but I wish I knew how to ensure that my order is correct before I head home.

Bless his Heart he was running the place by himself and doing a great job! He should be promoted to the Manager! Brandon is the young man's name he should be given a raise and all the people who laid out should be fired!!!! Sept. 17 2026 He kept your business running by himself. Thanks Brandon the breakfast was real good.

Not only did they give me all cold chicken they forgot my cole slaw wich the manager called me back and gave me some extra ones but still . Biscuits was hard as a rock fries was cold I mean come on guys I work part time at a restaurant myself and I no you supposed to make sure the customers food is right . I want even bother to call up their complaining about my disappointment with my order I no just to not go back to this particular restaurant. And young guys put a little more effort into your job and take it more serious it starts where you at now to show some decency about your selves . Can't go around all your life not caring about how you do things want get anywhere with a attitude like that .

I pulled up to the entirely empty drive through and parking lot at 12. 15 minutes later, I pulled up to the window only to see the employees yelling at each other inside about somebody not doing their jobs right. It took 30 minutes for 1/3 of my food, they forgot about the rest, and I repeated the contents of my order 8 separate times before they actually seemed to understand, and one employee in particular was genuinely struggling with the 4 items I asked for. It took a total of 45 minutes, meanwhile the dining room was entirely empty, the drive through was bare, and I was the only car in the lot. To top it all off, one of the employees shoulder checked me when I went in to speak with the manager. The manager then handed me my food when he came over. The food had been sitting there and ready for who knows how long. Incompetence doesn’t even start to describe this place. You’d have better luck birthing your own chickens for breakfast
