  The kid working at lunch time on 6/22/26 was incredibly rude. Would not answer at the drive-thru kiosk. Did not greet me, did not respond to anything I said, he THREW my order at me, slammed the window on me, rolled his eyes the entire time. I thought this was some joke reality show. Zero response from the local manager when I contacted Dunkin' customer service. The standards at this location are so low, that I now do not trust how they handle the food.

  On 6/22/26 I visited the Pawleys Island location, as I do at least once a week. The time was 12:10 PM. I ordered it on the mobile app, and I pulled up to the drive-through at 12:10 PM. I sat there for 10 minutes with no help. I pulled up to the window, and told the you g guy who came to the window that there was no one responding at the drive-through window so I needed to pick up my order. He rolled his eyes and said an angry/sarcastic tone:: “SORRRRY. My headset wasn’t working.” Then threw the bag (my order) to me and slammed the window closed. I realized that I was missing an item from my order so I pulled back up to the window. He opened the window and stared at me and I told him I was missing an item. He said that I wasn’t slammed the window shut. I’ve tried calling the phone number listed for the Pawleys Island location. But nobody ever answers. I contacted Dunkin' customer service. They said that the local manager would reach out to me. Crickets. Then I contacted Dunkin' customer service again. Crickets. I’m pretty much speechless at this point.

  Okay so I'm not one to complain at all. I've been going to this Dunkin drive thru for about 4 years cause I literally work around the corner from it. So I'm always hitting this place up at like 6am ish before my shift. I've had few complaints about messed up orders or not done properly but never complained about it. But today on June 28th with this heat index I was looking forward to a cold nice oreo chiller LG now the price at this location is about $6.39 for a LG and in the beginning when it first started being a new item they served it as it was intended with all ingredients.Today they handed me basically a frozen hot chocolate with whip creme on top. (none of the ingredients that are intended for this drink were included) I asked them can I have the oreo's and mocha drizzle this employee says we don't have oreo's I said, "oh are you guys all out?" His response was "all we have are oreo crumbs" I laughed and said can you put that on with the drizzle. The workers inside look at me like I'm being a complicated customer he proceeded to get the crumbs on and serve it to me. I then said are they no longer serving them how they are suppose to be made, he looked at me confused. I then ask did they not train you guys how to serve them he said he is confused. I then said nevermind took my drink said thank you and left. I am never one of those customers who complain about such a thing. But dunkin if you're going to charge customers for a certain drink. Then managers should be teaching these employees how to serve the drinks properly. If we order that certain drink we want to get the drink we ordered. I mobile ordered it too giving plenty of time for them to make it as it should be and it still wasn't to my satisfaction.

  I reached out via Dunkin customer support on June 8th, to report I found a sharp peice of glass or plastic that was in my drink. I found it because I almost swallowed it, I was told someone from this location would reach out to me, and if not, to reach back out via email in two business days. I did. It’s now June 18th. I feel like I was pretty understanding about the situation and just wanted to discuss it with management to ensure it didn’t happen to someone else. It’s been ten days though, and no one seems to care. Service was a 5/5 and my drink was good. My concern is with safety and management.

  Poor customer service. Every visit has been a negative experience, and the employee taking our order today was especially rude and unprofessional. Customer service and professionalism clearly need improvement at this Dunkin’. We will not be returning.
