  No one smiled at me while I died inside the restaurant against corporate directives. No one offered me condiments such as salt pepper or ketchup although I did ask for ketchup on my own initiative and put it on my hamburger. No one offered me any kind of sauce to dip my expensive onion rings into. The men's restroom look like it wasn't serviced in many days.

  They have always been very kind, but unfortunately, there was someone there I hadn't seen before who treated us terribly—honestly, a very racist person. We weren't asking for free food; we wanted to place an order and pay, yet we were treated like homeless people—and I believe even they deserve respect. In the end, they refused to let us make a purchase.

  We placed a mobile order. When we arrived, there was a B grade on the door. As someone who has been a supervisor in fast food I refuse to eat anywhere that doesn’t meet the expectations of our health department (they’re not hard to meet). Anyways, at the store they told me I have to cancel on the app. You can’t cancel on the app. I had to call customer support and stay on the phone for 15 minutes to submit a refund request. My refund will take 7-10 days. This is just inconvenient.
