  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Chipotle location. The experience was unacceptable, and I believe management needs to address this situation immediately. While I was placing my order with a young lady, I asked if I could have a tray to put my tacos in. Kierstin, the manager, was rude and unprofessional toward me. She told me that she was not going to give me my food because I did not want to tell her what I had asked for. I found her behavior disrespectful, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a management position. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. A manager should be setting an example for employees, not making customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I strongly encourage the owner and corporate management to look into this incident and take appropriate action. If this is how customers are being treated, it is going to negatively affect the business and drive customers away. No customer should have to deal with this type of attitude when simply trying to purchase a meal. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that the appropriate steps are taken to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience. I will think twice before returning to this location.

  Great food! The only issue were the sodas. They were out 3 different kind.

  Where do I start I bought a burrito bowl from there and didn't open until I got home and it looked as if someone ate out of it literally. I called and the young lady was like the bowl wasn't filled up all the way. So I drove back to take it so they could see for themselves. Now I must admit the young lady that was a manager or over the shift, whoever she were was really nice. First off on 8-30-26 the two young ladies working at the drive thru window were very childish the one with the braids yell out all across the restaurant the lady that said it look like someone ate out her food is here. They both to the window acting like little kids giggling after she said that. Very unprofessional to be in a fast food environment working with food and I see why it did looked like my food was ate out of because they seem to be very playful not paying attention. Maybe they need more training on professional behavior in public but that normally comes with maturity, manners & growing up. Anyways I'm not sure about this location anymore they must have new staffing because I always got my food from here and never had this experience. No one have time for adults in a restaurant to be playing with customers orders and food they pay for and expect to accept the customer to accept the foolery and settle. I didn't even take a picture of the bowl I just threw it in the trash before I leave out the restaurant. Like seriously if this keep going on it's going to run off a lot of loyal customers.

  Review is compared to other Chipotles, Surcheros, Barbaritos, etc... with 4 being good. This is one of the worst Chipotles ive visited. To be honest and I hate to throw shade at this town but I feel like every chain location in Orangeburg ive had the displeasure to eat lunch at has this same problem. This town seems to have the worst representation of any food chain. Its the same with firehouse and everything else in Orangeburg except Zaxbys oddly enough. I always end up in this town around lunch time once a month when I travel through for work. It makes me want to adjust my route so i dont have to get lunch in this town. Anyway, the food here gave me a stomach ache. It always looks old, skimpy and this location is always dirty.
