  Worst chick fila I've ever been to. Extremely confused drive thru and over a 30 minute wait. Avoid at all costs

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff is friendly, fast, and incredibly welcoming every single visit. The restaurant is clean, kid-friendly, and the food is always fresh and accurate. You can really tell they care about customer service and making everyone feel appreciated. Definitely one of the most consistent places to eat!

  Everything we go to chickfila, everyone is usually super kimd and friendly, but this chickfila. No one even smiled at us. They were super busy, yes but where is the chickfila spirit? The friendliness, the smile. We were told "it was my pleasure" but in a very "I am miserable" tone.

  Food met the Chick fila standard, service absolutely horrible. We got there at 8:30 to dine in, dining room closed at 9. It was packed and we expected it would take time but at 9:00 they were rushing us out of there. We expected us to scarf our food down in 15 minutes or less. The woman cleaning the lobby was cutting eyes and making comments about people still being there. Very disappointed in the service considering we drove a hour longer because that was the closest Chick fila.

  No mobile ordering... Digital orders in the app just put you into the same line as everyone else. Absolutely no advantage to ordering ahead, in fact I think it's worse. Despite ordering and waiting in that line for roughly 20 minutes at a non busy time, order was still not ready when I pulled around. Not even anything complex, just a chicken filet without a bun and a cup of ice. Very surprised as usually these guys are the epitome of efficiency. This one is an exception...very unusual. Food was typical, decent but not amazing, prepared well, affordable, good portions. The staff must be used to the traffic patterns, they did not really explain to us what was going on with the merging and unmerging, the lanes split and then went back together and then split again but that was not one we used, I guess? 😅 They didn't really explain where to go, just said to stay behind the car in front of us. I mean, that seems like a given. Wink. I am wondering what insanity goes on when it actually gets busy, because it seemed difficult for them to manage at low capacity there. Figuring out the drive thru line is pretty much the reason for the ranking on atmosphere of a 1 star. They were kind enough, just wish they paid enough attention to know that we need some instruction and without some signs we don't know where the lines are supposed to go since they diverge and converge a few times. Odd.
