They have set a high bar but this location didn't meet the normal standard. The macaroni and cheese seemed reheated and older than normal. We ordered two salads and both were unsanitary and we ended up throwing both away. Also we were given no utensils for our two salads, macaroni, and ice cream. Unfortunately we went through the drive through and were gone before we realized there were no utensils. The sandwiches were fine and the fries were good as normal. Will be returning to other locations from now on.

I had my window down when the car in front of me hit their order taken at 9:57 a leader came out and talked to the worker and they said my car and a car in the lane next to me had not been taken yet. Then they both disappeared. I unfortunately was also blocked in by traffic cones and cars in front and beside. So I had to get through the drive thru they asked for our name and I explained what happened and said well sorry we are out of food and done cooking for the night. I wasted about 20-30 minutes in this line. Probably the worst customer service experience from a chick fila I’ve ever had. We play tournaments in Orangeburg a decent amount and i won’t waste my money there ever again.

Our 2 orders of nuggets were chicken strips. And don’t use a coupon because they won’t validate it then still charge you for the milkshake. Additionally they left out our sauces and when I asked for more because we didn’t have any, we were given 2 sauces for the 75 dollars worth of food we bought. In the past this place has been excellent but I guess it’s going down hill. I hope your experience will be better than mine if you choose to eat here.
