I visited this Arby’s around 7 p.m. this evening and honestly had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. There were only two vehicles ahead of me. After the first car pulled around and the van followed, I pulled up to place my order and waited patiently. A young lady started to take my order, but a man abruptly cut her off over the speaker and said, “Hold on one minute.”
I then sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes with no communication at all. I finally said “Hello?” and after another wait, the same man came back on the speaker sounding aggressive and irritated saying, “Go ahead with your order, go ahead with your order.” The speaker was breaking up badly, so I politely said, “I’m sorry?” and he repeated himself in the same rude tone.
At that point, I told him “No thank you” and drove off.
My question is: why hire people for customer service positions who clearly do not want to work with customers? There was no professionalism, no communication, and absolutely no personable customer service skills. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or uneasy ordering food. I definitely do not want someone sounding angry and aggressive preparing food that I’m supposed to eat.
If employees are overwhelmed, understaffed, or unhappy, management needs to address it instead of allowing customers to be treated poorly. Experiences like this are exactly why businesses lose loyal customers.

We stopped at this Arby’s late last night, still four hours from home and exhausted from traveling after a long closure on I95. Supervisor Javell M. let us know right away with genuine kindness that they had run out of roast beef. He was sincerely apologetic and even gave us complimentary drinks, which meant more than he probably realized.
This was not just about food. It was about someone taking a moment to care. In a long, tiring day that small act of kindness made a real difference. It was a reminder that people still look out for each other….. even in simple ways. when life weighs us all down, and we struggle, it’s good to remember and realize we are all in this together.

Just came from this location and didn’t even get any food because of the ridiculous service. I received the worst service in my life. The person at the window couldn’t hear me and rudely told me to pull forward. The man at the window was even more rude. I usually redeem coupons at this location but I will never visit here again. He acted like he couldn’t hear when I was giving him 6 simple two digit numbers, and when I asked for cheddar to be added to my sandwich he rudely said no and slammed the window. I left immediately. This is the kind of service that closes stores down. I filed a complaint with corporate and got a case number. I will follow up. This happened on 2/25/26 around 1:15-1:30pm.

Just left at 6:30 on January 21, 2026. We just motioned to ask for a doing sauce and this older man slammed the sauce in my fiance hand and slammed the window shut. The absolute most rude customer service!! The lady I spoke to and who took the order was very nice and polite. I write this review because it took all of my coming to Jesus not to say something, I was in shock at how this was done. I do believe the lady who took the order dealt with it accordingly.
