- VFValeria FoustJul 6, 20263.0Poor customer service. I believe the person I interacted with was the manager. When my son and I entered, we weren't greeted. We placed our order in person, and the man assisting us was very short and dismissive throughout the interaction. There was no line behind us, and it appeared there was only one other customer in the restaurant, so it wasn't a particularly busy time. Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Mistake was realized and we immediately called the branch we placed our order in. 5 or so calls later and being put on hold for 10-16mins each time, calls we're never picked up and/or answered. The mistake was never fixed. Paid for a food I didn't end up eating. And the bag they gave us has cheaper price than the one I paid for. Hopefully they learn to pick up the phone so they can help resolve the issue sooner rather than later.

However we ordered pancakes which were missing the butter and syrup, loaded baked potatoes missing butter and sour cream! When we called wingstop to inform them of the missing items they blamed it on the Uber Eats driver! Can’t believe the driver’s responsible for making sure the order is complete?

Also while we were there they were under a lot of pressure due to a lot of people coming in but they handled everything well with care and smiles. I have no idea what is going on here but it seems to me like corporate needs to cancel the franchisee and get someone who knows how to run a business. place is the laughing stock of NMB restaurants. an absolute nightmare to do business with.
