  Help I’ve been trapped in the line for over 30mins. Please someone help the carin front hasn’t moved and the one behind me has me Pinned in. No one is going anywhere soon when you make the mistake of coming to this sonic. Not sure if we will ever get out of here. It’s like a bad version of giligans island. All besides they got to eat during their stay on the island

  My order came out to over 32 dollars for 2 burgers no fries and 2 shakes my banana pudding was terrible the one they had before was so much better this just tastes like banana flavor no pudding. The prices I paid a couple of years ago to now is terrible. The burger wasn't that good. What happened to good quality food. I know nothing will change but it definitely should.

  Been waiting for a pickup order at the stall for over an hour. This is ridiculous. Everyone here has been waiting for over an hour. We have been trying to get them on the speaker too and no one is answering. Mind you they close in 20 minutes.We got here at 9:30. It is currently 10:30. This is actually insane. Waste of time. You need to give refunds out and stop taking orders. Y’all should have turned off mobile orders as well if you were this backed up. It’s labor day weekend, you need to make sure you have enough people especially on a holiday weekend. This is ridiculous. Give people refunds.

  I've been sitting in the draft. For over 30 minutes. Got up to the window and they never acknowledged me. I sat for 15 straight minutes with cars backed up to the street behind me. No one ever acknowledged as I was there and I finally just gave up and drove off. Got help the person that was behind me

  Used the app to order a smasher burger, medium onion ring soda and strawberry shake and was supposed to be ready at 9:20, after 9:40 came and went I walked into the store to get my order. It was sitting on the counter ready, but no drink or shake. They finally brought out to me and my food was of course cold. Not the worst part: My order being incorrect is what made me warn others. Over $16 for the wrong burger and 4 cold onion rings. Not sure how many are supposed to be in a medium, and actually one wasn’t a full onion ring, so 3.75 onion rings. Waiting over 25 minutes for a cold wrong order sucks. The other sonic in Myrtle beach is so much better, never have problems there. I wasn’t the only one wondering where their food was.
