  So this was the first time me and my family have to been PIZZA HUT in many years.! As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed ,the young lady Michelle was really nice she explained that you may sit anywhere you like and when we are ready to order to come see her at front counter .We ordered 5 pizzas and cheesesticks and wings. Let me tell you that young lady Michelle was one of the best people we encountered on our vacation. So after we ordered she went made our whole order, had our cheesesticks less then 8 min to our table along with our wings,about 5 min later she was bringing out all pizzas.The pizzas was so delicious,hot and made fresh we couldn't believe that she had everything out to us less then 15 min..Me and husband would love to thank Michelle for making one of best experience we ever had. The restaurant and bathrooms was very clean..I just wanted everyone to know if you go there ask for michelle she is very nice ,super sweet make you feel very welcomed and does her job very well .We witnessed her taking other customers orders and answering the phone not once did she seem to be upset she was great to everyone .Thank you again Michelle for making our vacation feel special and the kids absolutely loved you they couldn't quit talking about you and thank you for recommending the cookie brownie at the end. . We really hope to see you again before we leave and also please keep that great customer service and making everyone feel welcomed!❤️❤️❤️🩷🩷🩷 You definitely rock !

  We arrived in town yesterday and needed a quick dinner. Not only was it quick but it was delicious. The whole family loved it. We thought the sauce tasted so much better than what we get in MI. The young lady who took our order was super sweet and friendly. The system they have to take the order, verify the order and then deliver it to your hands is efficient and on point!

  Stopped here while on vacation. Staff didn’t greet us, we had to read the sign to sit down and order ourselves. Menus were icky and ripped up. We ended up waiting to sit down because all the tables were dirty and had to ask someone to wipe a table down. Pizza was pretty good, but not consistent. We ordered three of the same sale pizza (Parmesan crusted pan) but with different toppings on each. One pizza didn’t have seasoning, one pizza barely had any mushroom toppings and some had larger crusts than the others. Just didn’t feel like a clean, sanitary Pizza Hut either.

  I'd like to thank Michelle. I had an issue with one of our Pizza huts out here and I called the wrong one and she was able to speak to me and head me in the direct direction on who I needed to call and help me figure out a mess of an order that needed to get canceled where I was not treated so greatly customer service wise. So thank you again

  I literally had the worst experience ever with Pizza Hut, especially while on vacation with my family. I placed a $70 order through the app. After waiting over an hour, the delivery driver called and said he was only three minutes away. A few minutes later, he called back and said, “Sorry, you ordered from the wrong location.” The problem is, I never chose a location. I simply entered my address into the Pizza Hut app, and it assigned the store automatically. What happened next was even worse. The driver marked my order as DELIVERED, knowing full well it was never delivered. At that point, the order should have been canceled immediately. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who was completely unhelpful. He told me he had canceled the order on his end, but nothing showed as canceled on my side. When I questioned it, his response was basically, “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do.” After that, I tried contacting customer service and the corporate office for assistance, but getting any real help was impossible. My family and I waited an hour and a half for food that never arrived, received no assistance from the store, and were left frustrated and hungry. The lack of accountability, customer service, and communication was unbelievable. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The store manager was awful, the delivery process was a disaster, and the company offered no meaningful support. Save yourself the headache and your money. Go somewhere else. Pizza Hut has officially made my “never again” list.
