Just went there- Lady at the front handling orders is overly rude. Yes i didn’t hear her the first time she spoke to me but theres no need to make faces or talk to my in a rude way. I used to work fast food too girl and i know it’s frustrating but shes overly rude. Do better x

My family is enjoying the food, but it took us 45 minutes to get our food. There are flies living in the ketchup dispenser and they’re flying all around the drink area. The floors are disgusting and there aren’t any clean tables. Some tables have old food on them that no one’s cleaned up. I can’t eat because the atmosphere is that gross.
I would strongly caution against using mobile ordering at this location.
We placed a large order (approximately $73) through the app and even went inside to pick it up. Despite having the receipt, order number, and hearing my name called, we were refused to be given our order. Literally our order was right at the counter and some in the hands of the freaking manager, Patricia. Several customers nearby even encouraged Patricia to simply hand us over the order, but we were still turned away.
We were told not to worry because a refund would be issued and since PATRICIA is the manager, she will make sure of it. The following Monday, I received a call from Daryll Young, who assured me that the refund was being processed. Unfortunately, more than a month has passed, and we have yet to receive it.
The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend doing a big order here. There's apparently no guarantee you'll get the order and/or refund, as well. And I guess the manager can't do her job, so that tells you how the employees will be like at no fault of their own.
TERRIBLE - WE BOTH GOT PHYSICALLY ILL AFTER EATING HERE!!! WARNING!!! Update: After posting my original review about the two of us both getting sick from eating here, all McDonald’s had to say was to send us a generic link. It wasn’t even a link, it was just a web address. Terrible. Went through drive through to pick up two cheeseburgers, two fries, and two drinks. Something was going on with a car up front. There was an unusually long wait. By the time I got to the window there was total confusion. They had no idea what I ordered or what I already paid. So they had me wait in line until they cooked it. Well, I guess they were so much in a rush they didn’t properly cook the food because we both ended getting sick after eating our meals. There was so much salt on the soggy fries that I couldn’t eat them, so I guess it was the burgers that made us ill. The drinks were fine, or at least seemed that way. From what I gathered, it seemed like one of the cars in front of me pulled some ordering scam and ended up getting other people’s orders for free. The staff were confused and tried their best to fix things but that’s why I guess my food wasn’t properly cooked. Either way, it was a disaster. It took until the next morning before my stomach stopped hurting and I could leave the house. Worst McDonald’s experience I ever had.
