Very good waiter. Terrible Management. As someone who helps to run a restaurant, i'm well aware of situations where people are not satisfied with their food for one reason or another. However, the jerk salmon which my husband ordered was so spicy as to be inedible. I switched my meal for his and it just about took my breath away. We didn't ask to see the manager, however the waiter sent him over out of courtesy. Mistake. He treated us like we were just trying to get out of paying for it. We fully intended to pay for it. However the manager's attitude left us with a "bad taste". The salmon was definitely not the only jerk at landshark!

Normally I don't bother with these. Nachos for appetizer were stale, main course every one was fine with. The waiter not sure if he was new, but there were 8 of us with 5 separate checks and when I say it took him 30 minutes from the time he gave us our checks to the time we got to leave because he would literally take one persons card at a time and disappear for 10 minutes, the take one more persons card; not sure he understood he could take all 5 😂 but omg it was painful. Food wasn't worth the price nor were the size of the drinks others had not that anyone would have wanted another drink, that goodness because he never came and asked us.

Came here and ordered a chicken Caesar salad along with a few other things. Overall, the food was mediocre, but the chicken Caesar was especially disappointing. For $20, I expected an actual entrée-sized salad, but it was literally the size of a side salad. To make matters worse, the chicken was undercooked. We told our waitress, who took the salad away and said she would let her manager know. However, no one ever came over to address it, offer a replacement, or even remove it from the bill. So I ended up paying $20 for a tiny chicken Caesar salad with undercooked chicken that I couldn’t even eat. Charging $20 for a chicken Caesar is already pretty insane, but charging $20 for one that is side-salad sized, undercooked, and taken away without any attempt to make it right is ridiculous. Definitely disappointing and a waste of money.

Could have been so much better. We had called ahead the day before for 8! When we arrived at 5:55 was told they just gave the table for 8 away for inside but we could sit outside. So we stayed figuring it would be a headache to try to get in somewhere else. My husband walks with a cane and we are 70 yrs old. But we walked all away across the restaurant to a table of 8 in 90+degree weather. The food was mediocre. Our server was excellent. We were told by another customer the hostesses were saying we are just old miserable people. So needless to say we will never return. Oh and the live music was absolutely terrible. The female vocalist could not sing!!

My wife and I chose to go Landshark B & G for our 23rd wedding anniversary. I was hopeful for a good experience and perhaps something fun. Unfortunately, from the start it was very average and lack luster. The hostess was very low energy and more focused on her tablet than being engaged with the guests coming through the door. Once we got our table we had to communicate over other guests who were leaving that we were the people he needed to seat b/c the checkout/sales desk was poorly placed to allow for smooth flow of foot traffic into the restaurant. When we were seated the waitress was the best part of our experience, but was average and not any more attentive and exciting than the average hometown waitress. Once we received the food (Fish Tacos) it was hands down the most bland and unseasoned food I had ever eaten. If the head chef of this chain has created this dish the head chef needs to be let go b/c it was that awful. The best part of my meal experience was the Landshark Beer I ordered. The lettuce for my salad and my taco tasted fake, as though they had to be cleaned to ensure there were no contamination due to recent events in lettuce production. The greatest insult was what it cost me for my wife and I to eat which was near $100 for simple fare. I do not recommend going to this establishment as it is right now. They have a lot to fix and they need to do it in a hurry. They need to remember that they are creating an experience that reflects on the location and its hospitality capacity. If it is as lackluster as what I experienced then they will not be around in 3 years or less.
