- AКостя ЯкимчукJun 9, 20265.0I just ordered a cappuccino with vanilla syrup.I happen to stop at Dunkin' donuts every morning.And now I wanted a cappuccino.I was given a cappuccino, but it had absolutely no syrup in it.I came in to just add some syrup and that's it.I am a simple, non-picky person.In the end, the girl just made me a new, delicious vanilla cappuccino.Excellent service and staff, such small steps are very encouraging.I hope this review will help the establishment and allow the owner to hold on to the staff!

Being presented with that kind of rudeness nobody would ever want to come back. And this isn’t the first time which is why I’m making this review. This NMB Dunkin’. Also extremely slow while 3-4 others in the back of the building breaking while the line gets long.

I was trying to tap my phone and she said she needed to take my phone thru the drive thru window and tap it below the counter. I told her let me get my card cause it’ll lock if my face isn’t recognized. As I turned to get my purse, she shooed me with her hand. EVERYONE IN THE CAR SAW IT. She was rushing me. I normally can tap. And no I wasn’t going to give her my phone thru the window. No other customers were waiting, so I don’t understand why she was so rude & rushing me. My daughter asked why couldn’t I tap, and her demeanor was nasty when she answered she said it’s under the counter and she can’t move it cause the wires are already loose and she can’t. Monique’s name was on my receipt. She definitely needs training or a job that she doesn’t work with the public.
