  I ordered a pizza from this location at 7 p.m. for delivery, and it took almost an hour just for them to prepare it. After that, the website still said “quality check” and promised another hour for delivery. The restaurant is literally five minutes away, so this was incredibly slow. By the time it arrived, the pizza was cold. Very disappointed with the service—especially for a location so close by. Mind you they charged $5.99 for delivery. Totally unacceptable to wait almost 2 hours for just 1 pizza and some cinnamon bites.

  Literally Z E R O reason the delivery drivers need to BANG in the door. You’re not the FBI, there’s literally no reason for it at all. It’s rude and obnoxious. Also takes 5 years for them to deliver the pizza overall. By the time you get it, the boxes and food are soggy. Do better.

  I made a mistake when I placed my online order for delivery. I drove back to the store to purchase the pizza that I mis ordered. The lady behind the counter was more than helpfu and kind, but the young man who made the pizza was the nicest young man he was all smiles very helpful started making the pizza immediately and when he gave it to me he had a huge smile and sent wishes that my grandson enjoyed the pizza. I order from here often and never been disappointed, however I normally get delivery. It was so refreshing to see that the same great service I received through delivery is the same great service they give in store. Thanks to the team for a great experience.

  There’s a reason this store has a overall 2.8 rating, the fact that corporate doesn’t shut it down beyond me, This is fourth time I’ve had exact same Issue, Ordered pizzas for my employees and they accepted the order online, never showed up, yet showed it as delivered after waiting 40 minutes, But then checked the bank account and it was immediately credited back almost the same time it was entered (see pics) We won’t be ordering Domino’s for any of our chain employees across U.S ever again. Good luck if you’re ordering from the store.

  Hello, I don't normally leave reviews but as BananaMan of NMB I cam respect someone and show gratitude towards others who have striving personality for peoples satification. And I want to take a moment to give a big shout out to the delivery driver Joyce at this location. Her customer service is just outstanding she is so friendly and kind and definitely one to tip for her kind heart. Thank you Joyce for your amazing personality and delivery service 💚🍌
