  HORRIBLE!! Went today’s and upon my arrival I’m being yelled at only barbococa or carnitas !! No other meat . Thank god I checked before I ordered my meal and realized of course chips were out as well .Im sure with many other things they didn’t bother to say .. This place used to be good but service is horrible and totally downhill now .. when I asked about chips lady at front had a stank attitude when the former employee asked if any chips were left . Answered “No we out. “ as she rolled her eyes ..Not even the first time this has happened to be honest. Last time chips are completely out and told even though we can see chips in front of us we have to order online through pickup? Since when does that even make since and I have to be taxed and wait and extra 15 minutes to get chips that are clearly sitting on the shelf !? Place was packed with at least 6 employees in the back maybe just pertaining to catering orders… Sad how lazy all of the staff was except the poor man in the front .Bowls and dishes all over the place . They rather hangout and listen to their vulgar music on full blast and “hangout” than work . This place needs to be shut down sorry .. the poor guy in the front did all the work .. sad sad 😢

  Every time I go to this store location it is a nightmare. I am a huge fan of Chipotle and in NY it was a well oiled machine, clean and not out of food. Tonight before I went into work between 6-7pm there was one woman serving anc checking out and she did an amazing job, the rest of the staff ignored the line wrapped around to the door and an employee kept yelling we are out of rice. This woman was clearly handling the line by herself and checking everyone out. As for the rest of the staff it was sad that the line was so lone and they obviously saw it and did nothing to help her. I will stay away and maybe go in months to see if anything has changed. But every experience there is horrible. It should not take 35 minute to order food!! The place was not too dirty this time but for the most part it is filthy and my coworker go sick the night she had take out from there a few months ago. I wish the higher management would actually care and understand this place is not well run at all, from the employees ( except the server tonight) to the dirty service area, to NO teas!!!! Every time I have been in, out of queso, to the dining room. PLEASE MANAGEMENT CARE!! The food is good and this one in NMB is the only one local and it is the talk of the town. And not in a good way!!

  At home I literally go to Chipotle once a day during my lunch at work. I’ve been to 20+ Chipotle locations across the country, having positive experiences in all of them, except for this one. This is not only the worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to, but the worst run restaurant. Half the food is not there even though they appear to be fully staffed. Today I attempted to buy chips, and was looking at 9!! bags of chips and the person at the counter said they weren’t allowed to sell any. Another employee overrode the decision of I guess the manager and I was able to buy my chips. Overall, I’ve put up with this place over and over again, and this Chipotle lost a 50000+ point customer. This place needs to be bought by someone else or torn down!

  Yeah, I should have checked and trusted these reviews before I visited. Thankfully they at least had the honey chipotle chicken when I ordered but I got the last serving and everyone in line behind me was told there was no steak, chicken, honey chipotle chicken, cilantro lime sauce, or chips. For it to be dinner rush and to have such a lack of basic ingredients (it’s literally like their main item), is abysmal and unacceptable. Quality was also sub-par, guac was brown. Bathrooms were a mess with streamers of toilet paper scattered around. This only gets 2 stars because I actually got food, which can’t be said for dozens of other people who came and left upon finding out about the lack of ingredients, and the multiple people waiting about an hour for online orders. Otherwise, this place is an absolute dud and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

  Worst Chipotle experience we’ve ever had. The customer service, management, and overall operation were completely unacceptable. They failed to inform customers that they were out of most sides before ordering—no signs, no warning. As vegetarians, those sides are a major part of our meals. Meanwhile, online orders were fully stocked, and staff openly prioritized “potential future online orders” over customers standing in the restaurant. The most ridiculous thing we’ve ever heard. We ended up placing an online order and paying extra just to get pico and guacamole, then were still made to wait while employees focused on orders for customers that weren’t even in-store yet. The final straw was being treated poorly when asking for a small side of cheese for our niece. After paying twice, staff acted inconvenienced, called us rude, and blamed customers for inventory shortages instead of management…so absurd. This location has terrible customer service, poor management, and a complete lack of respect for customers. Avoid this Chipotle if you can.
