  Don’t waste your time one person working food is mediocre.Out of ice, out of drinks, out of dressing, one person working the line , dirt grill, no cap of floor drain, metal pans on floor , yes I can see a good out break again get rid of your management before to late . You can use this article if you get sick . It’s not clean go somewhere else. This other places around like Greek food is similar and better quality they hire from the bottom of the barrel unfortunately l can’t find anybody to work.cheap wages That’s what you get when you pay wages they don’t care how many stars you should give them $1 billion corporation they dont care if you give them one star fat rich corp

  The food here is always delicious, and the online ordering process is super smooth—our order was ready right on time and the staff members were wonderful! My only critique is that this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a double-wrapped burrito online and received a bowl instead. Love this location, just hoping the team can get those order details dialed in!

  this is by far the worst chipotle location in the entire united states. avoid this location at all costs. every single time i go to this location they are completely out of at least of 1 ingredient. today it was steak, barbocoa, fajita veggies, and a couple others. instead of making more all of the employees are standing around. they only take card and exact cash, i’m assuming because they don’t know how to do the math to give you your change back. if i could give this location less than 1 star i would. this place needs to be shut down or at the very least the entire staff needs to be fired and they need to rehire. this location is an embarrassment to the chipotle brand.

  Let me tell you about the manager named Kevin at this location. After waiting in line and ordering 2 bowls and a kids meal, we are told at the end of the line that there is no pico. Ok fine, but just then i notice the staff filling the “to-go” area with a massive bowl of pico. I asked if I could get some of that pico on just ONE of the bowls. The lady said she would have to ask the manager. She yells for Kevin, who comes out and just barks out “the pico is to go only” to her before quickly leaving and refusing to acknowledge me. My kids, the several people behind me, and myself were left confused and obviously agitated that we were being refused despite the pico it being readily available. The employee apologized for his behavior, but this guy clearly has no business as a manager if he talks to customers this way. He also clearly treats the employees like they are beneath him. The guy can’t even stand up and speak with a customer and made his employee do it instead. The employees weren’t even allowed to move from their station to run the register. On top of all that, every lemonade or drink option other than sodas and water were completely out. I requested a refund for the drinks since we do not drink soda and were told no. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when we were told the pico was to go only. All in all, $48 for 2 burrito bowls, a kids meal, and 3 waters is a joke. Kevin is a joke. The guy can’t even keep the straws and napkins stocked for customers. I feel bad for the people that have to work under him.

  We love Chipotle, but this location needs new management. We have been there several times and loved our food. Other times they were only taking on line orders or they were out of several items we wanted. This week has pushed the limit. We have tried to eat there twice this week the first night we barely stepped in the door and an employee was sitting at a table and yelled we don't have any white rice and no proteins. This was at 7:30 in the evening. I went in tonight to pick up dinner, there wasn't any rice brown or white. There was enough chicken for 3 or 4 orders but the lady in front of me knew the person behind the counter and kept telling her she wanted more until the container was empty. The rest of the proteins were dried up and not enough for a serving. Did I mention the lady in front of me didn't pay for her food? They were also out of corn, cheese, and lettuce. It was 7:50 this location closes at 11. It will be a long time before we go back to this location if ever. Please fix this location it's 8 minutes from my house.
