  This place is amazing! The food is fantastic and all of the employees are so friendly! Especially Tyler he is the bomb. If you’re looking to try something new 10/10 would recommend.

  the beautiful woman at the register, I think her name was Yoni, was very sweet and patient with us. It was our first time trying CAVA and we were struggling to make our choices, but she had a ton of recommendations and was very polite despite how long it took us. Hire more people like her!!

  I used to love Cava and ate there regularly, but my most recent visit was disappointing. My go-to bowl has always been the rice and lentils with meatballs, tzatziki, hummus, feta, corn, and spicy broccoli. Unfortunately, they were out of the meatballs, lentils, corn, and spicy broccoli, which eliminated most of the ingredients that made me come back in the first place. I settled for salmon instead. After my rice and salmon were added, my bowl sat at the next station for quite a while before anyone picked it up. Once it finally moved down the line, I was told they were also out of additional ingredients I wanted. The restaurant also didn't seem as clean or organized as I remember it being. The combination of multiple unavailable menu items, slow service, and a less-than-clean atmosphere made for a disappointing experience. I hope this was just an off day because Cava used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

  Eli made an already great experience at CAVA even better. From the moment I walked in, he greeted everyone with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that instantly made the restaurant feel welcoming. He was knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions, and made sure every detail of the order was perfect. The food was incredibly fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor, but what really stood out was Eli’s attention to customer service. In a world where exceptional hospitality can be hard to find, he delivered it effortlessly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about every guest who walks through the door. If CAVA is known for fresh ingredients and healthy meals, Eli is the perfect example of the quality and professionalism that keeps customers coming back. Outstanding service, great energy, and a true asset to the team. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Eli, for setting the standard for what great customer service should be!

  I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most welcoming places I’ve ever been. Every single time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with kindness, positivity, and genuine smiles. The atmosphere here is incredible, and a huge part of that is because of Yoni. Yoni is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. No matter what kind of day I’m having, she always finds a way to put a smile on my face. She has such a warm and welcoming personality that makes everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in, and she goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. What stands out most about Yoni is how consistently positive and hardworking she is. Every time I see her, she’s busy helping customers, keeping things running smoothly, and doing it all with a great attitude. She never seems too busy to greet someone, answer a question, or make someone feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone who works as hard as she does while still making every customer feel important. The entire staff here is amazing, but Yoni really sets the tone. Because of her and the rest of the team, this place feels less like a business and more like a second home. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and genuinely cares about creating a great environment. It feels like walking in and being welcomed by family every time. There are plenty of places someone could choose to go, but the people here are what keep me coming back. The service is always outstanding, the atmosphere is always positive, and Yoni is a huge reason for that. She represents everything that great customer service should be: kind, hardworking, genuine, and caring. Thank you, Yoni, for always being so welcoming and for consistently making my day better. Your positivity doesn’t go unnoticed, and I’m sure I’m not the only customer who feels this way. This place is lucky to have you, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with amazing staff and an atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home.
