  The coffee is delicious, the service is excellent , the prices are a little much but similar to Starbucks , my one issue with this place is THE RADIO IS SO LOUD I CANNOT STAND IT , I can barely hear myself talking to order and when the workers try to talk to you you can’t hear them , there’s a lot of yelling and “what?!” … for the love of God please Turn down the music , I’m leaving with an excellent coffee and a nasty headache

  I stopped by 7 Brew after a long drive, and it was exactly what we needed. Rosalie was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so helpful while we were figuring out our coffee order. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, answered our questions, and had such a genuine smile that made our morning better. Great customer service can really make a difference, and she definitely did that for us. Thank you for the great start to our day!

  It has all the atmosphere of a snowcone stand run by zoomers. Very loud music playing. It is so loud that you have to yell your order to the kid that walks up to your car to take your order on his i-pad. Don't worry, you do the the zoomer stair after your order so you have no clue if they got your order right. It took about 12 minutes to get my order of 2 coffees. Although the coffee is really good they fail absolutly everywhere else.

  Went through drive through 5/9/26 at 7:01 pm ordered 2 cold brews and a lemonade. Lemonade was great, cold brew was terrible very bitter, tastes like hot brew chilled too fast and turned bitter, added Splenda but was still not great. Drove over to Publix and purchased some pre packaged cold brew and was better. I am very much a coffee person that respects the coffee to taste well on its own. This coffee is poor quality filled with artificial sweeteners and flavors to make sweet drinks. If you want a coffee flavored desert go to seven brew. Also music was so loud that the server had to stick her head in the window to hear.

  This is a drive thru with walk up window business. No where on line does it say that they can turn away walk-up orders if they are too busy. I walked almost two miles while on vacation (no rental car) to the North Myrtle Beach location and was turned away upon arrival. The employee told me they weren’t taking walk-up orders because the drive thru was too busy. This is completely unacceptable and poor customer service. If anything, turn away those who drove and can drive to another company for their coffee if you can’t meet the needs of your customers. I then had to walk away because your staff couldn’t manage TWO coffees and walk another 1.5miles to get coffee and then another mile plus walk back to my rental. I am very disappointed that you could not provide service and turned our business away as I had planned to visit daily on my vacation as my walking exercise and coffee shop. I will not be returning. I didn’t expect to be served immediately or before the current orders in the drive-thru, we hadn’t even read the menu before we were turned away. Highly disappointed and quite frankly it ruined my morning. I will not recommend this company to anyone including the 10 other members in my party that planned to frequent the shop thru our month long vacation. That’s a lot of business now going to Dunkin’ and Starbucks. What a shame!!!
