    Location sucks .. cashiers are very rude and this place of business is very self centered bathrooms are disgusting managers always walking off disappearing for hours .. and team members always are on the phone more then getting order out .

    My daughter ordered food on Door Dash because it was late and it was the weekend as well. It took almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered (I even paid for express delivery). Once the dasher delivered her food, it was COMPLETELY wrong! It was most likely someone else's order. I had to drive to the location to speak to the manager to get the right order. The manager was nice, but it defeats the purpose of dashing your food if I have to drive to the location to get my correct order.

    On April 7th a little after midnight I tried to place an order online. My debit card was declined twice for $33.30. Since my debit card was declined twice, my order did not process. Never received a confirmation email. Yet on Thursday April 9th $33.30 was withdrawn from my account from Wingstop 0617 882-x6598 TX. Almost 10 days later these people will not right this wrong. I had to go to my bank to try to get my money back from them. Buyer Beware: these people are no good and their wings are greasy
