  Let's hope the owners or responsible charge concerned parties take notice that this store has a 2.8 rating. TBH, I wanted to give a higher rating but food and service fell short and I have to stand on "bidness". There was a desire for change on my visit and that was taken into account. Albeit, it seems overall, that room for improvement remains, not only held to those at the hour of my visit. My that come soon.

  Complete garbage! - I pulled up to the dt speaker at 1:15pm and it took 3mins for someone to even say anything. - I ordered a Veggie smoothie and flatbread w/ 2 cats in front of me. I didn't get to window until 1:35pm. - When I got to the window literally Nicosia was there to greet me, nobody told me a total nothing! - I sat at the window until 1:50pm when I finally got frustrated and left. This was supposed to be my meal for work and since you guys can't get ur at together and make a simple smoothie and flatbread in 35 minutes... IN A DRIVE THROUGH! I get to go without lunch today. outstanding job! This location might need to think about a complete staff refresh from the GM down.

  I was there last Saturday around 2 This caucasian boy dropped the cups while i was in line ordering a smoothie mind you the floor was very dirty and he picked them back up and served me i will be contacting department of health

  It said they were open but I pulled up to all the chairs up, looking like they either just pushed all the mop water out the front door or had a pipe burst. First thing on a sunday morning during business hours? Gross to walk up to, I see why the rating is so low. Do this at night after closing and at least sweep up the trash. This is not ready for customers.

  This location is absolutely HORRIBLE I've been there several times and I can count the times that the service was good.On 4/12/2026 approximately around 12:30pm I arrived to the Tanger location at the window 2 young ladies were outside at the dumpster no one was in the store. I asked the young ladies were they open, neither one responded to my question...I sat at the window for another 6 to 7 minutes saying " HELLO" are you open no one never said anything. I pulled to the window only to see them passing back and forth and never acknowledging me after waiting another 5 minutes I decided to drive off. Atleast say something that we are not opening yet or please give us a few minutes. Also that location needs a deep cleaning the floors and the windows are so nasty. Don't worry I won't be back ....smh...it's sad I loved the chicken presto.
