  I ordered the cheddar peppers at the drive thru. I drove off and waited about 5 minutes before opening them because they are usually hot. They were all above warm, but no where near hot, and they weren't crispy. I believe that they had been in some warmer. I couldn't eat them. Nobody wants to bite into a soggy jalapeno pepper.

  Very disappointing experience. I waited at the ordering speaker for several minutes with no acknowledgment or greeting. Instead of anyone responding, all I could hear was employees laughing and talking inside when I opened the door to the establishment. No one even realized I was at the door. A simple “We’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way. Poor customer service and a lack of professionalism made me leave without ordering. I get it, it’s fast food. Please do better.

  From customer service to quality of food our visit was not good. Sat at drive thru speaker for awhile before we decided to go to a stall. At stall worker was not pleasant in attitude or service provided. Ordered a refresher which was absolutely horrible tasting and looked nothing like monitor. I even had my husband try it and he had to spit it out. Out of strawberry shakes so got chocolate. Just did not taste good either. Not sure why given two stars because really was one star worthy but not everyone was disappointed in what they received. My daughter did enjoy mozzarella sticks. (As we were leaving we did notice someone ordering at drive thru. We sat there a good 4 minutes before we drove off thinking maybe drive thru was closed. Apparently it was not.)

  I come here a lot and for some reason the last couple of times it’s taken almost an hour before I get my order. A lot of the time I have to remind them I’m here.

  The woman working the drive thru box talked over me everytime I tried to tell her my order, granted this is the first time I’ve actually had my order taken when coming through here so I’ll take what I can get and despite her talking over me it seemed like she repeated everything back correctly. “Out the door in 4” definitely isn’t a thing anymore though
