  Been here twice in the last couple weeks. First time we drove off due to super slow service. Decided to try again today and once again it took 12 minutes for one meal.

  Much faster service than the Mt. Juliet location. Well kept property. Lighting plenty and feels safe after dark. Enjoyed our order each time we've been recently.

  I mean it’s fast food on rivers I wasn’t expecting luxury, but god damn yall are 5/5 on not having shakes every time that I’ve tried. How bad is the manager here that supplies aren’t ordered or machines are down. It’s always something at this place. And 15 mins to answer the buzzer? Come on yall

  Food was fine but I just wanna know how hard it even is to check orders or do them correct I order a rt44 sweet tea and got nothing but ice and time before this I didn't even get my drink or sauces I asked for. This is probably the worst sonic I have ever seen before I didn't know it was even possible to mess up online delivery orders this bad. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE

  Horrible, waited over 15 minutes for a response after pressing red button and no response even after pressing it again and then asked a worker and she said she would let them know and still got no response and nobody to take our order. We ended up leaving and went someplace else. They missed out on a big order.
