  every single time i come to this sonic it is the same guy who takes my order and he is super rude everytime, as i am still waiting for someone to take my order i am writing this, i click the button and i hear someone, so i try to say my order and he goes “i ain’t even say welcome to sonic” i said “my bad” and he goes “that’s what i thought” and ive been sitting for 10 minutes and still have gotten no service when all im trying to order is 2 drinks. this is unacceptable coming from someone who works in the restaurant business, no type of service like that is acceptable.

  Worst experience ever @ Sonic. Ordered #2 w/o tomato, add bacon. Got home and my burger was exactly as I ordered it. Only the tomato had been taken off my sandwich! The juice and seed were mixed in with the mayo and it only had ½ slice of bacon. The only good part of the $13 meal were the tater tots. They are almost always on point. Overall disappointed.

  Stopped by sonics on the way home from work around 11 pm and it was very convenient like always. Soon as I order the food and pulled around to the drive thru window, they were right there to take my payment right after we got done paying, the food was done being prepared and bagged up being handed to me. I'll definitely eat their again, everything I go seems like they get a little better with the customer service 5 out of 5 stars

  I believe her name was Sierra. She was patient with me when deciding on a breakfast choice. I didn't want a typical combo so she was so kind and helpful! My strawberry & Bannana slushy with the sausage egg & cheese burrito was delicious! Thank you Sierra and Sonic!
