  Had to shut my vehicle off and yell into the microphone so that my order could be heard. And I only order a root beer with vanilla but it was just carbonated water. Recomend a system to make sure the sodas are good before serving them to paying customers

  Store closing early for no reason. Im confused when people get paid to be open till schedule time but close because they dont want to work or help anymore customers! And they was rude and mean to me!

  This is the 2nd visit to this location where my order has been wrong. This time complete unacceptable... we literally watched the lady give the car next to us our order (whom arrived after we placed our order) Asking he looked confused, I asked him if he got my order he said yes. He returned the food and we literally WAITED without any response from staff. Having to press the button again to figure out what the hold up was. Then was told it was being re-made. Clearly NOT because nothing seemed "freshly made". My only assurance was the order wasnt actually touched by the other customer... because clearly they didnt care to actually "re-make" the order due to their error and total inconvenience of my time. Asked for a manager and no one came.
