  Eat at your own risk. I recently visited this Pizza Hut and was very concerned about the food handling practices I witnessed. The employee taking orders at the front counter was touching cash register equipment and other items, then immediately went to the back and began handling pizzas without washing his hands. I specifically asked if the pizza he was touching was mine, and he confirmed that it was. When I pointed out that he had not washed his hands after working at the front counter, he only washed them after I said something. Unfortunately, by that point, he had already handled the pizza. I also observed chicken being placed into the fryer with bare hands. Seeing these sanitation issues made me very uncomfortable about the food being served. Proper handwashing and food safety procedures are essential, and based on my experience, they were not being followed consistently during my visit. Of course, I requested a refund immediately, and it was given without any issue. After what I witnessed, there was no way I felt comfortable eating food that had been handled under those conditions.

  I ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas, wings, a pizza melt, and mini cinnabons for delivery off the app. My food arrived on time but the pizzas were burnt, and the pizza melt was so crispy and hard I couldn't eat it. I was very disappointed. I called the store and Chad was very pleasant and gave me a credit towards my next meal. I was still a little upset but at least he did try to rectify the situation. Thanks Chad for the great customer service with a positive resolution.

  The cashier at the front desk was rude. I was picking up a door dash order but was unaware that you needed a pizza bag to pick up pizzas. Instead of working with me, the cashier guy just told me in a passive aggressive manner that if you don’t have a bag you can’t take the pizza, long story short and after having a back in forth with the guy I noticed there was a sign in that said the Pizza Hut location had pizza bags for door dashers who didn’t have one and when I pointed it out to the guy he finally reached to side and handed me one. Mind you we went back and forth for at least 5 mins. Smh just weird how terrible, miserable, and ignorant a lot of ppl are for no reason at all.
