- CCCactusAug 3, 20261.0Always slow and behind. Unorganized staff and very poor communication. Will leave people standing in lobby for over 10min without asking them the name of their order. And if your order isn't ready yet they don't try to tell you how long it will be. Worst customer service out of any papa johns!

Nevertheless, during this busy lunch hour he kept his and was welcoming and informed me on perfect pie for me. When, I got that pie home, baby it was the pizza I've ever had. I know his name but he is a gem! Papa John you've hired the right man..But him help, please.

My orders in April and May were so undercooked, to the point where I had to place my order of pizza and garlic knots in my own oven to finish baking them just to make them edible. Hoping things had improved, I decided to try their new Cheesy Garlic Bread. It was an absolute joke. Instead of the golden, 6-piece bread advertised in the picture, I received messy, unevenly cut slabs of bread topped with cold, barely melted white cheese. Between the undercooked food in past orders and the complete lack of effort today, there is zero quality control here. Save your money.!
