  Let me preface this review by stating that I used to work at a restaurant and a step further, I managed the restaurant for over 2 years. Our experience at this McDonald’s tonight was horrible, and if I could leave a review with 0 stars I absolutely would. We placed our order through the app at 8:17pm. We live 7 minutes from the restaurant, my husband arrived around 8:25-8:30. At 8:50 he was still waiting in the pickup area outside and decided to go in. When he went in he was told by a lady at the front that they are busy and that’s why the food is taking a while. Around 8:59 the food was brought out and was cold. They also forgot the drinks with the order so they had to go back in. When the employee came back out my husband addressed the food being cold and was told to “warm it up at home because we would be put at the back of the line for a remake”. So if the reason for our delay was due to the restaurant being busy, why was all of the food cold? Wouldn’t it be warm and fresh since you’re trying to keep up with the orders? I understand it’s Mother’s Day and I can understand a restaurant being busy and understaffed, but an employee dismissing a reasonable complaint is unacceptable. I can also understand that we ordered food at 8pm, had a long day and late lunch so we wanted something quick, but if you’re going to be open until a certain hour, your business needs to be able to handle the number of orders and should be able to address concerns without rudeness. We were frequent customers at this specific McDonald’s, we will not be returning.

  Slowest McDonalds around. Did a mobile order. Took over 30 min to get. Why use the app if it doesnt make things faster.

  The chocolate shake tasted like most smells. Yuk. One sip and I trashed it. The new arch burger, 😱 nope. Fries were soggy.
