  Took me 45 mins to get through the drive thru here - no lie. But I was stuck between cars and couldn’t leave. And the employees clearly don’t care.

  Ordered online they didn't have my order number so I pulled back around and waited almost ten minutes at the order box while others went before me. All just to have my order screwed up. Good yob you got a good crew there

  I usually go for dinner a couple of times a month. The food is consistently good. Occasional mix ups occur between repeating the order over and over, getting the two drive thru lanes mixed up, employees being unfamiliar with menu, or not including full order in the bag. Staff is quick to fix any oversight and usually polite even when they are having a hard day.

  I placed a curbside order at McDonald’s and checked in at 9:17 PM. No one ever came out, and there was zero communication or updates. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I went inside at 9:45 PM to find a long line and employees ignoring customers completely. At 9:58 PM, I finally found an employee outside in the parking lot with my order. After waiting over 40 minutes, the food was unacceptable—cold nuggets, wrong sauce, and both McFlurrys were made incorrectly (one missing Oreo, the other not what was ordered). I tried contacting corporate for a refund while standing in the store, but even they couldn’t reach this location. This was a complete failure in service from start to finish. Disorganized, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. Avoid this location.

  Got in line for the drive thru at 11:47pm. Got the the speaker at 11:51 was told they weren't taking anymore orders. Google says drive-thru open till 12 sign on The door says till 12 . So if you want to close at 11:45 that's fine just say so. Not like writing this is going to matter, nothing will change. Just another dissatisfied McDonald's customer. If they cared they would fix it,but they don't. So nothing will change till people just stop going. I myself will never go to another McDonald's again. Enough is enough.
