  Food I great. The girl that wrang me up at 9:15:35pm on 8/17/26 was not polite at all. Tell her to ask how the customers day is going when they smile and ask how her day is going. When I learned restaurant skills the first thing I learned was to put my emotions to the side regardless of the day I was having. If I couldn’t be polite enough to ask the how customers day is going back after they ask me. Or at the very least say “good thank you” instead of “good what are you getting”. She had a death stare going on.

  White gentleman with a beard took about 25 minutes to make my milkshake and walked outside to talk to someone for a few minutes came back in proceeds to wipe his nose with his bare hands and began to spin one of my two milkshakes then just walked out not finishing the shakes. Very disappointed and disgusted.

  Give Aniyah a raise! Top notch customer service. We walked right in at opening & greeted with a smile, positive attitude. One order was with lettuce “bun” and she immediately followed up to confirm allergy or just preference. We were already impressed with her. Then when we got our order, my veggie sandwich didn’t have the cheese on it that I ordered- we were kind of in a hurry so I wasn’t even going to say anything but I guess she noticed (from across the restaurant no less) that something was off with me so she CAME OVER to check & just immediately remade my order. She rocks & that sort of customer service stands out - if you’re reading this & are in control, I’m sure she needs to be paid more or a promotion if she wants it.

  Love the food! This was the second location I went to in the last 2 months and both times the food was amazing! It is a somewhat expensive burger but soooo worth it!

  So Five Guys, Why Can’t I Have My Money Back ???? I’ve Been Sooo Cool About This Whole Encounter!! I Was In Charleston For 24hrs, I Placed A Online Order At This Location At 9:11 Clearly, I Was Staying At Hotel “Aloft By Marriott” LITERALLY Right Around The Corner From This Five Guys!! I Got There At 9:15-9:20 I Spoke To The Young Caucasian Girl At The Counter And Told Her I Had A Online Order, She Give Me My Strawberry Milkshake And Says “Thanks Have A Nice Day” I Politely Showed Her That Wasn’t All I Ordered.. She Says Okay And Tries To Figure Things Out! Sooooo Much Time Has Passed And By 9:50-9:55 I Tell Them I No Longer Want The Food, I Even Leave The Milkshake I NEVER TOUCHED, Eventually Talked With The Manager That Was There And She Said That They Don't Do In Store Refunds And I Would Have To speak With The Gm, She Gives Me The Gm “Number” Wrote Down On A Paper😭 I Call That Number The Next Day And It Was A Caucasian Male Who Picked Up And Said He Doesn’t Even Live In Charleston🤣🤣🤣 I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP!!! So I Call Back To The Five Guys and Did Indeed Speak With The “Gm” which He Took Down My Name And Number AND Order Number and Said That He Would Look Into Getting My Refund But If He Couldn’t Then The DISTRICT MANAGER Would Contact Me🤣🤣🤣🤣 I Have Never In Life Went Through Something Like This To Get A Refund!! Sooooo With That Being Said, If I Don't Get A Call, Email, TEXT By Tomorrow About My Refund I’ll Just Call Corporate And See If They Could Get it For Me !!!
